FlintEdge Strategies LLC is a strategy and operations consulting firm based in rural central Minnesota, founded to bring the transformative power of operational discipline and quality management to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). FlintEdge was born from a realization: small businesses are often underserved by traditional consulting models. Many receive generic advice or are priced out of meaningful engagement altogether. After decades leading high-performing IT and network engineering teams, founder Adrian Feigl saw firsthand the transformative impact of systems thinking, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement. He also recognized a significant gap: while enterprise organizations enjoyed mature quality programs, smaller businesses—often those with the most to gain—were left to navigate complexity alone.
